UMiDiGi Z1 Pro использует настройки батареи по умолчанию в соответствующем меню. Они включают в себя выбор режимов работы — спортивных или нормальных (вы не можете отключать оба, каждый должен всегда быть включен) и обычным переключением для энергосбережения в режиме ожидания. Есть еще один переключатель для отображения / скрытия процентного содержания батареи в / из строки состояния. Существует стандартная батарея Saver, а также функция оптимизации батареи и монитор состояния. Функция включения и выключения расписания можно найти в разделе «Система» в настройках.

The 6.95 mm thin body of UMiDiGi Z1 Pro houses a 4000 mAh Li-Pol battery which is non-removable. According to the manufacturer, it should provide up to 360 hours of standby time. The battery supports MediaTek Pump Express Plus 2.0 and arrives with a 5V/2.5A—5V/1.67A—7V/1.67A—9V/1.67—12V/1.25A quick charger (EU plug). All battery tests we run on the devices we review are developed by us and performed with the screen of the device being calibrated to 200 cd/m2. Battery saving features are disabled.
Charging (2 hours and 27 minutes)

The battery of our review unit needs 2 hours and 27 minutes to charge in full from 0%. The process starts at a steady pace, maintained until the capacity reaches 90% after 1 hour and 43 minutes. After that point, charging significantly slows down and the last 10% of the capacity need 44 minutes to charge. The battery temperature during charging is within a very reasonable range. It starts at 30°C, reaches 33°C in 5 minutes and 34°C after another 40 minutes or so. Then, it starts dropping down and at the end measures 27°C.

The battery of our review unit lasts for 7 hours and 40 minutes during our intensive browsing test. The discharging speed develops with a steady speed until the battery reaches 40% of its capacity and then increases a bit. The battery temperature starts at 26°C, in 10 minutes rises to 31°C and gradually reaches 34°C. When the battery reaches 30%, the temperature rises to 39°C.

The video test for battery life uses a 1080p video at 30 fps with a ~20Mbps rate is used. The 4000 mAh battery of our review unit discharged from 100% to 0% in 11 hours and 23 minutes. The process maintains one and the same speed from the start until the end. The battery temperature starts at 28°C, reaches 32°C in half an hour and maintains it until the end with sporadic jumps up to 33°C

For the 3D Graphics/Gaming test, the Epic Citadel’s tech demo in its Guided Tour mode is used. The battery of our review unit depletes in 5 hours and 27 minutes. Discharging develops at one and the same speed. The battery temperature starts at 29°C and in half an hour reaches 40°C. After an hour and a half, it drops a bit to 37°C and during the last 1 hour and 30 minutes, rises to 39°C again.

Самая горячая область смартфона — верхняя центральная часть устройства, где максимальная температура составляет 40,1 ° C. На втором снимке отображается температура устройства во время тестирования 3D-батареи. В этом случае устройство нагревается в той же верхней центральной области его тела.
